Why Build Now
Arizona Is the Perfect Place for Pickleball
Year-round outdoor playability, a growing pickleball community, and the ability to use your court 10–12 months a year make Arizona one of the best investments for a private court. A well-built pickleball court adds property value, HOA appeal, and years of daily use.

Commercial Properties
Custom-designed residential pickleball courts that fit your yard, match your home aesthetic, and give your family a year-round outdoor activity. We handle grading, base prep, surface, striping, and optional fencing and lighting.
Multi-court installations for HOA amenity centers, planned communities, and residential associations. We work with property managers and boards from design through completion.
Durable courts for high-traffic public environments. We understand the maintenance realities of school and municipal facilities and build to a higher durability standard for those applications.
Have an existing tennis court? Add 2–4 pickleball courts inside the existing footprint. We assess the current surface, resurface if needed, and add custom designed pickleball layouts alongside existing tennis lines.
Combine pickleball with tennis, basketball, or other sport lines on a single surface. Color zoning keeps the layouts clear. A popular option for maximizing a single footprint for multiple activities.
Apartment communities, private clubs, corporate campuses, and recreational facilities. Pickleball courts are increasingly a sought-after amenity that attracts and retains residents and members.

Line Striping & Optional Accessories
Court lines are laid out to regulation size. We also install net posts, nets, fencing, windscreen, and lighting if included in your project.
Acrylic Coating
Professional-grade acrylic sport coating is applied in multiple layers to create the playing surface. You choose from a full color palette.
Concrete or Ashpalt
The playing surface is poured and cured. Arizona's heat requires proper curing time and technique — we don't rush this phase. A quality base is the most important factor in how long your court holds up. Cracks are not guaranteed.
Site Preparation & Grading
Proper sub-base preparation is what separates a court that lasts from one that cracks in two years. We excavate, grade for drainage, and compact the base material to the specifications required for the surface system we're installing.
Free Site Consultation
We visit your property, evaluate the space, discuss your goals, and provide a detailed written estimate. We'll talk through orientation, drainage, and optional fencing and lighting. No cost, no obligation.
